95% of our orders are printed and shipped within 72 hours. After you placed your order and you successfully paid for it you will receive an email confirming your order and within 48 hours you will receive a follow-up email with more information.

We offer 2 shipping methods (Remember to add 1 business day for printing time):

  • - The Cheapest will arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on where you live.
  • - The Fastest will arrive within 1 to 2 business days depending on where you live.

However, StickerYeiti.com cannot be responsible for delivery delays after your order leaves our office.

Warranty

Stickeryeti.com takes top care in completing each order. Any faulty product will be replaced free of charge if the defect is noted within 10 days of delivery. If a problem arises with your order, we advise you to fill out the designated form in the contact option stating your order number and your reason for claiming a refund or exchange.
Our labels are designed to be removed intentionally, so they may separate from fabrics, toys or other materials if subject to constant and repeated pulling, scratching or chewing.


Quality

Stickeryeti.com uses the highest quality material to provide you with the best possible labels. We take great care in selecting the materials, papers, inks, and machines used in completing your order. We took our time selecting the most malleable and flexible adhesive, allowing you to apply the labels to any surface. Despite our extensive research, our adhesive does not work on Teflon. Our plastification consists of an extremely thin film, only a few dozen microns so as not to alter the flexibility of our labels. But we use top-of-the-line material to ensure longevity in our product. Once applied, the label will resist the test of time for years.
For our textile labels, we guarantee that they will withstand 45 machine washes at a temperature of 140° Fahrenheit or 60° Celsius. To ensure we provide you with the best, all of our products are made in the USA. We control the entire production process from start to finish, and no part of this process is outsourced. This allows us greater flexibility and responsiveness in meeting our client’s specific demands.

WARNING - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USE WITH SMALL CHILDREN Stickeryeti labels are not toys and must always be applied by an adult or with adult supervision. All Stickeryeti products are produced with top quality non-toxic materials, allowing them to be waterproof, durable and long-lasting, but not permanent. Check regularly that labels remain well stuck and watch your children. Immediately remove any stickers that are worn-out or start to peel off. Our labels are designed to be removed intentionally, so they may separate from fabrics, toys or other materials if subject to constant and repeated pulling, scratching or chewing. Consequently, we urge you to use caution while applying our labels to certain items handled by young children (i.e. rubberized pacifiers, bibs, baby blankets, teething toys, silicone items, etc.) and keep constantly monitoring of proper adhesion to avoid accidental ingestion.


Intellectual Property Policy

You agree that you will not upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse to create/print artwork that is unlawful or inappropriate.

StickerYeti respects the intellectual property rights of others. We ask our users to do the same.StickerYeti may terminate the accounts of users who appear to infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringement, please notify StickerYeti's Legal Department, and provide the following information ("Notice"):

  1. - an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright/trademark interest;
  2. - a description of the copyrighted work and/or trademark claimed to have been infringed;
  3. - a description of where the claimed infringing Content is located on our Site;
  4. - your address, telephone number, and email address
  5. - a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. - a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright/trademark interest involved.

We explicitly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason and refund your purchase

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued on any orders completed and shipped, as we have no control of the package once it leaves our office. No refunds will be issued on any orders that have the print proof issued for approval, in those cases, store credit will be accredited. Faulty products and all mistakes on our part will be rectified at no cost to you. However, claims must be filed no later than 10 days after delivery. A slight difference in color or background between the website illustrations or brochures and the end product cannot be accepted as a cause for refund or exchange.
This does not apply to design or spelling mistakes (i.e. the misspelling of names, missing numbers, etc.) not noticed during the design stage or 90 min after receipt of your confirmation email. If you notice a mistake or have a change request, you will need to inform us no later than 90 min after completion of your order (via email to support_usa@stickeryeti.com or via our online support tool) and we will implement your change free of charge. Later than this change requests cannot be taken into account to ensure production and dispatch of your order in 24h. We will, however, happily work with you to find a solution should you notice an issue past 90 minutes. So please still get in touch.
Any delivery issues caused by errors, typos, or incomplete addresses are not a mistake on our end and if lost or delivered wrongly, will not be replaced nor refunded. So please Triple-check your shipping address before placing the order. Please note that some orders do not require a print proof (rounds, squares, rectangles, etc.). If the proof is sent, and we do not hear back from you, we will do our best to contact you. If we do not succeed the order will print and ship as is.


We reserve the right to modify or update these Customer Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice to you, and any such changes to these Customer Terms & Conditions will supersede and replace any previous Customer Terms & Conditions effective immediately upon posting to this page

Communication & notifications

Valid and accurate contact information is very important as we will contact you either by Email, SMS messages, Whatsapp messages, or by calling you directly if we have any issue preparing the shipping labels (if an address seems incorrect or incomplete, such as missing a unit number, typo, etc...) Keep in mind that this is mostly done automatically by address verification and that the original shipping address submitted when you place the order remains the base of our agreement.
